I am thrilled to announce that tomorrow, accomplished writer, Alex Curtis-Slep of NBAtipoff will be posting his first article at NSS titled How Close is Rondo to Being an All-Star.

Alex’s site, NBAtipoff, is one of the premier blogs covering in depth game analysis, opinion based stories, and the lighter side of the NBA with some comical content. NBAtipoff is varied in it’s coverage of the NBA. One of my favorite categories is NBA Shoe of the Week, highlighting the lighter side of NBA coverage by illustrating the leagues most interesting kicks.

Alex’s in depth analysis displays a technical emphasis on game coverage without being overly technical and monotonous – a quality rarely found in numbers analysis.

Alex and I met several months ago and he was instrumental in my progression in blogging while motivating me to improve the appearance and functionality of the site.

Alex introduced me to such features and email subscriptions, Digging articles and using Twitter as a marketing agent.

Though, in years, I am considerably older then him, Alex has, in many respects, been an older brother, consultant and watch dog in my young blogging life.

I am proud to have Alex now contributing to NSS and I look forward to a lengthy blogging relationship.
