PERK WILL PLAY IN GM 4!
May 9, 2009 by Nick Gelso

League officials decided today that Kendrick Perkins will not be suspended from game four action against the Magic.
VP of Basketball Operations, Stu Jackson said the Perkins-Pietrus play did not fit the “criteria for a suspendable offense”.
The Celtics are very fortunate to have Perk for game four. Avoiding a 3-1 series defecit would have been highly unlikely without Perkins guarding Howard.
Kevin Garnett will remain on the bench with his strained right knee. Leon Powe underwent knee surgery and is out until some time next season.
